Customer Reviews

Dmitry did an outstanding job troubleshooting and fixing the problems with our front loading washer. He was prompt to arrive and fast with the repairs. Outstanding job! We'll never use anyone else for future appliance repairs.

I'm in love with Appliance RS: • same day service! • easy booking online! • friendly, kind and knowledgeable! • best service fee around! They are our new go-to for all of appliance needs.

Dmitry is professional and efficient. I got a next day fix with a fair price. Definitely recommend!

Clear communication, punctual, walked through the service, did a thorough job!

Dmitry was awesome. He pulled and reinstalled our compactor, fridge, and dishwasher due to a kitchen remodel. Everything was professional and coordinated beautifully with the other trades. Highly recommend.

I called for a repair on our ice maker in our refrigerator this morning. Dmitry showed up by 11:00 the same morning and replaced our ice maker within an hour. He was professional, polite and personable. He got right to work and explained what he was doing and I couldn't be more pleased. We will call them again the next time any appliance requires attention.

Loved our service! I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours, Dmitry communicated arrival times, and was efficient while here. He had assessed the problem shortly after arriving and had all the parts on hand. I feel like it was a fair price. Great professional service. We will absolutely use them in the future.
